It is a store and residence planned on a very small site. The blue steel frame part in front of the photo is the part that cannot be roofed due to the building coverage ratio. For security reasons, we enclosed this part with a net and provided an opening from the first floor to the third floor. Elderly clients are often absent, so when the white door is closed, it is a sign that they are away.

The site is narrow and it was set back from the road during the rebuilding. Since the construction is not going well, it is constructed with a prefabricated lightweight steel structure.

It is a very small building, but there is an elevator. Stairs are minimal. Elevators are cheaper in terms of the area and construction costs of stairs calculated from the price of the land. Elevators are easier to carry shopping bags.
